Update for 2023: These are apparently impossible to get now, they no longer ship online and are very rarely in stores (and not worth a hunt for them either!)
Babylist registry box: This one is available to order only after spending 10$ on your registry on items from the Babylist store. You also have to pay for shipping, which is $10.73.
(In my opinion, it's well worth the price.)

Amazon Baby Registry gift bag: You can order for free after completing 60% of the registry checklist and making a $10 purchase from your registry.
Note - I received two bags. The first arrived, the bottle of sanitizer had completely spilled all over everything inside and Amazon sent me a free replacement. The items are slightly different so I will include both bags.

UPDATE APRIL 2023: BUY BUY BABY IS CLOSING DOWN!
buybuyBABY box: I do not live close enough to the store to get the free in-store bag, so I purchased the $10 box online. I was not credited $10 in store funds as promised, and the link to customer service was broken, so I just cut my losses. There are lots of complaints about the company and these boxes currently. I don't recommend spending the money on this one. Update: as of April 2022 this box is unavailable.

Walmart Baby Registry Box: This one is completely free, no shipping cost or spending requirement. All you have to do is have a valid Walmart Registry URL. It came faster than the 4-6 week estimate provided when I ordered.

Well, that's what I was able to get my hands on for the current baby registry gift bags and boxes. When I first got pregnant I loved getting all of these and figuring out new brands that we didn't know about.
Keep in mind the contents of these boxes changes all the time, so if you get a box and it's not the same items, don't be disappointed! Remember, they're free (or very inexpensive) gifts!
