Raspberry leaf tea for THE END OF PREGNANCY, WHEN IT IS CLEARED BY AN OBGYN. Not before! A lot of expecting moms use this in the last few weeks to help tone the uterus- but it can cause contractions, so it is not to be used earlier in pregnancy.
